A 5-or-more-room flat is the largest and least liquid flat category NBS tracks — often a top-floor or penthouse unit, or a flat combining two adjacent apartments. Expect thinner, more volatile pricing data than the smaller room-count series.

Reference price, by period

Figures are the National Bank of Slovakia's residential reference price series, published nationally and broken out by property type. This is a historical fact, not RenIQ's forward-looking appreciation assumption used inside a paid report (see data sources).

This is a national figure, not a city-specific one. The National Bank of Slovakia does not yet publish price data broken out by both property type and city or region at once, so RenIQ cannot honestly show one either. For city-level prices (all property types combined), see RenIQ's city data pages.
