Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using RenIQ ("the Service", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of service

RenIQ is a web-based platform that generates AI-assisted financial analysis reports for residential rental properties. The Service allows you to input property details (purchase price, expected rent, costs), extract information from property listing pages, and receive structured financial metrics and AI-generated narrative analysis.

3. Informational purposes only: not financial advice

Reports generated by RenIQ are informational only and do not constitute financial, legal, investment, or tax advice. RenIQ is not a regulated financial advisor or investment firm.

The investment grades, yield figures, cash flow projections, and scenario models produced by the Service are based on the inputs you provide and on algorithmic calculations using country-level defaults. They are estimates, not guarantees. We make no warranty (express or implied) about the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any report for any specific property or investment decision.

Always conduct independent due diligence and consult qualified financial, legal, and tax professionals before making any investment decision. RenIQ is not liable for any loss or damage arising from investment decisions made based on report output.

4. Payment and credits

• Pay-per-report credits: credits are purchased in advance and consumed when a report is successfully generated. Credits have an expiry date shown in your account.
• Subscriptions: subscription plans (where available) grant a monthly report allowance. Unused allowance does not carry over to the next billing cycle.
• No refunds on generated reports: once a report has been successfully generated and a credit or allowance has been consumed, that credit is non-refundable. If report generation fails due to a technical error on our side, the credit is not consumed and remains in your account.
• Pricing: current pricing is displayed at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
• Payments: all payments are processed by Stripe. By making a payment, you also agree to Stripe's terms.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to scrape property listing data at scale or for purposes other than generating reports for your own use.
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense reports generated by the Service without our prior written consent.
• Use the Service in violation of any applicable law or regulation, including data protection laws.
• Attempt to circumvent any usage limits, billing mechanisms, or security controls.
• Use automated means to access the Service in a way that exceeds normal human usage patterns.

6. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@reniq.eu if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

7. Intellectual property

The RenIQ platform, including its software, design, and methodology, is owned by RenIQ. You retain ownership of the property data you input. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process that data to provide the Service to you.

Reports generated for you are for your personal, non-commercial use. Commercial redistribution of reports requires a separate written agreement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RenIQ and its officers, directors, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or investment returns, arising from your use of the Service or reliance on any report generated by it.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic and applicable European Union law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Slovak Republic, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the Service evolves. We will notify registered users of material changes by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
