Data updated 9 July 2026
This page covers all Slovak flats as one aggregate series, regardless of room count — the National Bank of Slovakia publishes this alongside the separate room-count breakdowns below. Flats make up the large majority of Slovak residential transactions, especially in the larger cities.
| Period | Reference price |
|---|---|
| Q1 2026 (latest) | €3,378/m² |
| Q1 2023 | €2,796/m² |
| Q1 2021 | €2,234/m² |
| Q1 2016 | €1,413/m² |
Figures are the National Bank of Slovakia's residential reference price series, published nationally and broken out by property type. This is a historical fact, not RenIQ's forward-looking appreciation assumption used inside a paid report (see data sources).
This is a national figure, not a city-specific one. The National Bank of Slovakia does not yet publish price data broken out by both property type and city or region at once, so RenIQ cannot honestly show one either. For city-level prices (all property types combined), see RenIQ's city data pages.
See data sources and methodology for how RenIQ uses this data inside a paid investment report.
